Great Within Astrology Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Great Within Astrology, owned and operated by Ria Cody de Neeve ("Consultant"). I offer various astrological consulting services, including natal chart readings, transits and progressions forecasts, along with other offerings as may be made available in the future. By engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Astrological Consulting Services

My services aim to provide Clients with astrological data and analysis for informational use. These services include but are not limited to natal chart readings, transits and progression forecasts. Each consultation is tailored to meet the Client's individual needs, accounting for the dynamic and personalized nature of astrological interpretation.

3. Format and Duration of Services

Consultations are offered in-person in the Portland, OR area and online via Zoom at the Client's request. A typical session lasts approximately 2 hours, although the duration may vary depending on the specific offering chosen by the Client.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services vary and are subject to updates. The Consultant will communicate the applicable fees to the Client before booking any sessions. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Venmo, paper checks, and cash (the latter two options are available for in-person sessions only). It is the Client's responsibility to ensure timely payment as agreed upon.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client acknowledges that astrological consulting is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. The Client assumes full responsibility for their actions and decisions before, during, and after consultations. The Client agrees not to take rash or reckless actions based on consultations and acknowledges that decisions and actions based on astrological data are taken at their own risk.

6. Confidentiality

The Consultant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client during consultations, except as required by law. This confidentiality extends to all personal and sensitive information disclosed through the consulting relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

Great Within Astrology and Consultant Ria Cody de Neeve shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services, including without limitation personal injury, emotional distress, and/or other damages. The Client agrees that the use of Great Within Astrology's services is at their own risk.

8. Amendments to Terms of Service

Great Within Astrology reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any such changes shall constitute the Client's acceptance of such changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
